Program Description:

AI, Culture, and Empathy: Using AI in L&D without Losing Human Connection and Inclusion

As AI tools reshape how we design, deliver, and scale learning, L&D professionals face a critical question: how do we harness these capabilities without sacrificing the human connection and inclusive practices that make learning effective? This session explores the intersection of artificial intelligence, organizational culture, and empathy in learning and development. Attendees will examine practical strategies for integrating AI into L&D workflows, from content creation to personalized learning paths, while safeguarding the relational, culturally responsive, and inclusive elements that drive real engagement and growth. Whether you're just starting to experiment with AI tools or looking to scale their use across your organization, you'll leave with a framework for making thoughtful, human-centered decisions about where and how AI belongs in your learning strategy.
