Founded in 1947, the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) is one of the oldest chapters in the United States.  Our chapter spans 15 counties throughout central Pennsylvania and is one of four ATD chapters in Pennsylvania.    We are focused to provide fellowship and learning opportunities to talent development professionals in central Pennsylvania and beyond.
