President

The President role is a three year term.  The first year is served as President-Elect.  The President-Elect is a voting member of the Board of Directors and assumes the duties of the President in the President's absence or when the President is no longer able to serve as Chapter President.  During the first year, the President- Elect gains an understanding of the operational and administrative workings of the Board of Directors and the chapter as a whole.

In the second year of the term, the President will Perform all duties of President as outlined in the bylaws. The President has executive responsibility to provide the vision, structure, culture and environment to enable the Chapter to meet the mission and goals created as a team.

In the final year of the term, the Past President assists the President in providing leadership and direction to the Chapter, focusing resources on the issues that fulfill the Chapter’s mission and annual plan. The Past President ensures ongoing attention is paid to the Chapter's budget and strategic plan, ensuring that relevant goals are established, budgeted, acted upon and reviewed.

Vice President of Administration

The Vice President of Administration provides guidance and information for the Chapter in the areas of finances, processes, and optimization.  The Vice President of Administration, an elected and voting member of the Board, is responsible for keeping the financial records of the Chapter, maintaining the chapter’s bank account, directing income into appropriate accounts and paying bills within 30 days of receipt. Additionally, the Vice President of Administration maintains any vendor relationships and manages the administrative features of Wild Apricot.  This position serves an one-year elected term.

Vice President of Marketing

The Vice President of Marketing is an one-year elected officer of the chapter. This position oversees activities related to the marketing and public relations of chapter initiatives. In addition, this position manages roles related to communication among the chapter members, the community, and other professional associations.

Vice President of Membership

The Vice President of Membership is an one-year elected position and voting member of the Board of Directors. This role is responsible for the oversight of membership activities, providing guidance and resources to ensure the Chapter's membership goals and obligations are met and related activities. This includes new member orientation, oversight of member records, communication to the Board regarding membership activities or issues and related interaction with chapter members and ATD.

Vice President of Programs

The Vice President of Programs, an elected position and voting member of the Board, is responsible for providing guidance and resources to ensure that the Chapter's program goals and obligations are fulfilled. This primarily involves assembling a Program Committee for the purpose of developing and scheduling of programs that will meet the developmental needs of the membership
