ATD Central PA is proud to participate in the ATD Regional Webinar Series. This collaboration of Mid-Atlantic ATD chapters (Appalachia, Central PA, Greater Philadelphia, Long Island, Maryland, Mid NJ, Northern NJ, New York City and Pittsburgh) bring together the very best speakers from around all our networks to provide world-class presenters and content! This is our first regional webinar of 2025!

Program Description:

Learning is the key to organizational development. At the heart of organizations of any type lies a web of connectedness between people, ideas, problems, and solutions. This WEB consists of nodes with critical relationships to explore. Do we pay enough attention to those relationships when designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences? How can we develop our skills to lean into these ever-growing complex relationships? In this session, we’ll explore the role of learning in building connectedness, the place where the value of learning comes to life.
