ATD Central PA is proud to participate in the ATD Regional Webinar Series. This collaboration of Mid-Atlantic ATD chapters (Appalachia, Buffalo Niagara, Central PA, Greater Philadelphia, Long Island, Maryland, Mid NJ, Northern NJ, New York City and Pittsburgh) bring together the very best speakers from around all our networks to provide world-class presenters and content! This is our final regional webinar of 2024!

Program Description:

Participant engagement is at the heart of all great meetings, workshops, or training. We want learners to feel safe to share their opinions, thoughts, ideas, and to contribute to the energy of the session. If a participant feels a sense of belonging and connection during the session, chances are they will apply and practice what they’ve learned! Consider how you can, as a facilitator of teams or learners, cultivate psychological safety and a sense of belonging for those you are supporting. In this session, we will discuss tactics for creating a safer workspace before, during, and after your meeting or workshop takes place.
