Participant engagement is at the heart of all great meetings, workshops, or training. We want learners to feel safe to share their opinions, thoughts, ideas, and to contribute to the energy of the session. Consider how you can, as a facilitator of teams or learners, cultivate psychological safety and a sense of belonging for those you are supporting. In this session, we will discuss tactics for creating a safer workspace before, during, and after your meeting or workshop takes place.
