Casey is the founder of Happy and Effective, a company that does coaching, training, and consulting on topics such as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Wellbeing, Leadership, and Prioritization. Casey is the author of the applied psychology book Debugging Your Brain. ❤️ Casey is a co-founder of the inclusive online community Empathy in Tech. Casey’s backgrounds are in psychology and software development, including work as an engineer, designer, product manager, and engineering manager. Casey owns a different instrument in every color, and he can play Lady Gaga’s Bad Romance on all of them. Casey lives in downtown Washington, DC.
