Laura Mendelow, is an award winning Organizational Development Consultant, Certified Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Trainer.

Since 1994, Laura has offered Leadership and Team Development to leaders in both the private and public sectors. Her experience, as both an internal leader and external consultant, combined with a strong learning & development background, gives her a unique perspective in working with clients to create innovative yet sustainable results. As a product of a psychologist (mother) and IT Entrepreneur (father), Laura has made a career of applying psychology to the workforce. It’s simply in her DNA.

Today, Laura supports mid-large size organizations in offering Executive 1:1 Coaching, Team Coaching, and Leadership Training programs. Laura primarily works with newly promoted leaders to top level executives in a variety of industries such as HealthCare, Technology, Engineering & Construction, and Management Consulting.
