Bridgette R. Collier, MSIT is the Learning Program Manager for Commercial at Fulton Bank. She has a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bloomsburg University.

Bridgette has more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry as a Program Manager, Instructional Designer and Developer, Facilitator and salesperson. As a long-time member of ATD, including several board positions, and as a continuous learner, she has a passion for educating people and uncovering their own learning journey to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities to change lives for the better!
