Presenter:

Dr. Ebony Stone is a corporate executive, entrepreneur, practitioner scholar, leader, mentor, and coach. She holds the titles of Vice President, Board Member, Owner, Consultant, and many others. She earned her Doctorate of Business Administration at Lawrence Technological University, and published a dissertation entitled: A Multiple-Case Study Exploration of Mentoring and Its Impact On Women Leaders. If you ask her however, she will tell you that at her core, she is just a girl from Detroit who is determined to make her dreams come true and help other like her do the same.

Over the last couple of decades, she has spent most of her time leading some of the most amazing teams at every level of the corporate structure. From entrepreneurial start-ups to large organizations and everything in between, she has seen it all. It is through that work, that she discovered her passion for development – specifically for mentoring and coaching women to become their very best selves.

As a woman, a black woman, in corporate America she quickly noticed as she walked into meeting after meeting, there weren’t many that looked like her, that had the same experiences as her, that could relate to the life that she lived outside of the walls of any corporate structure. She therefore decided to dedicate her life to creating a solace for women as they seek to take on corporate journeys similar to hers.

Dr. Ebony continues to lead, mentor, coach and serve in every way that she can to assist women in reaching their dreams.
