How do I start designing a learning course?  During this time, we will explore the first module in CPLP, "Designing Learning".

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

• Describe how courses are designed.
• Discuss Malcolm Knowles concept of andragogy and its importance when designing learning for adult learners.
• Describe the two types of objectives and components of writing learning objectives in the A-B-C-D format
