Presented by Cami Ressler, CEO and Founder, Ressler Career and Business Solutions and Founder and Partner, Career Mobility LLC.

Every training professional needs to take the time to step away from the day-to-day grind of work and spend quality time reflecting on your career and developing some plans for your future. When was the last time you thought about your career direction and where you want to go? Whether you love your current job and employer or feel frustrated and confined by your job, career planning can help. Join us for an interactive discussion designed to equip you with finding more meaning in your career and more time in your day—really it is possible. We’ll teach you a step-by-step approach toward discovering what really matters to you and what you most want to create in your job. We’ll also discuss best practices tips for employee engagement, managing the generations and leadership development from the 2nd edition of Career Planning and Succession Management – Developing Your Organization’s Talent – for Today and Tomorrow of which Cami is a co-author.
