Cancellation Policy

• Participant to email admin@centralpaatd.org to request refund.
• In email, participant to request refund paid towards future event within the next six months or money refunded.
• If money is refunded:
• • No charge if sent via AffiniPay.
  • If check will be mailed, there will be a $3 processing fee.

• No refund will be issued less than 72 hours prior and including not showing for the event (“no show”).
• Any special circumstances for refund within 72 hours must be approved by the Chapter President.
