July 2014 Program: Virtual Team Development
In February of this year members of the Chapter were asked to provide their thoughts on the greatest challenges in working on a virtual team. It came as no surprise that maintaining effective relationships was the major barrier to be overcome. We also received many best practices that are being used to meet this challenge. Come out to this session and learn how to make your virtual team experience a great one. Whether you are the team leader or the team member, working in virtual space will continue to be a skill of the future.
