Do you get flustered by unclear road signs?  Or frustrated when purchasing a product online is harder than it should be?  If so, what you've experienced is a bad user experience (UX).

Our learners also have an experience: good or bad.  It's our choice to take the time to plan and improve the user experience.  To be effective, learning solutions requires UX to ensure learners can access the information they need when they need it.  It's not about content, or the design, or the functionality ... it's about the cohesive experience of all three.

Attend this session to learn:
  • What is/isn't UX
  • Why it's important to learning & performance
  • Available tools or resources
