We've all slept through the highly technical, painstakingly detailed speeches on everything under the sun.  We've all been through school and have even had to put up with higher education to realize how boring some lectures can be.  The subject matter itself isn't boring but the presentation is all chalk and talk, sit down and listen and repeat after me.

During this highly active session, participants will learn how to successfully deliver and facilitate learning in a way that both engages the learner and produces the intended results.  Key areas of discussion will be:

• Creating a learning climate
• Facilitating learning activities
• Participant engagement strategies
• Presentation and training tools
