We’ve all experienced a professional moment where we realize the processes we are using are not being interpreted and/or defined the same by our team members or even stakeholders! In the learning and development space that has significant impact on expectations of the deliverable and on how the team accomplishes work.
This interactive session provides an opportunity for examining the dynamics of mutual understanding (or the lack of it) during project initiation and the instructional analysis processes. Key concepts and models will guide team-based activities to explore commonalities and variances to kicking off initiatives.
Post-session, you can leverage the models and concepts to continue auditing current organization and departmental practices for disparities and commonalities. From project management to product development, risk mitigation to project reporting to name a few!
