Most talent development professionals spend more time developing others rather than focusing on themselves. Join this session to learn how to create a personalized learning plan of ATD resources to close your knowledge and skill gaps.

The Talent Development Capability Model details what TD professionals need to know and do in order to be effective. Learn how to take use self-assessment results to create a plan of ATD content tailored to your needs and current proficiency level.

After this session you will be able to:

  • Understand your Talent Development Capability Model self-assessment results
  • Select a learning path from the Capability Model
  • Identify your knowledge and skill gaps
  • Build a personalized learning plan of ATD resources to close you knowledge and skill gaps

Presenter:


As Director of Credentialing for the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Morgean Hirt is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the ATD Credentialing Institute and was instrumental in the development of the Talent Development Capability Model.  She brings over twenty-five years of nonprofit experience in professional certification and accreditation across a variety of professions.  Morgean has devoted her career to advancing professions through the establishment of industry standards.  She provides strategic leadership and technical expertise in developing and implementing credentialing programs; focusing on policy, standards, and test development.

Receive APTD/CPTD Professional Development Credits:

ATD Central Pennsylvania Chapter programs have been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute for continuing education credits towards professional development hours for recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. This program has been approved for a maximum of 1.00 points.
