As senior leaders are defining what their post COVID-19 new normal will look like, L&D professionals can uniquely support their companies to learn from their collective organizational response to the pandemic. “Those who don’t learn their history are doomed to repeat it” and in this time of high uncertainty, companies that make time to embrace thoughtful questions about the past will be in a better position to navigate the future ahead.

This interactive session will allow participants to connect with other L&D professionals in a small group format and collaborate on how to best support their organization’s return-to-work strategy.

Questions we will answer together:

What have you found to be the best of the practices and culture of your organization during COVID-19 that can/should be carried over into the “new” work environment?

How can L&D departments play a proactive role in identifying those best practices and desired culture?

How can L&D help its organization apply the lessons learned during the COVID-19 crisis to create the culture and processes desired in the return-to-work environment?
