We live in a world where change seems to be the only constant. Getting people to accept and participate in change is challenging. Walk through the change management process with Kay Burky. Bring with you a change that you are going through or will be going through at work or your business. Kay will walk you through a 4-Step Approach to Developing Change Competencies in Your Organization. The 4 Step approach involves:

  • Understanding change

  • Identifying your change network

  • Conducting a stakeholder analysis, and

  • Collaboration with business partners.

Join us for this event that will help you build the competencies to help your teams change.  This event is hosted by United Disabilities Services in Lancaster.

NEW! At this event we’ll be providing passports to attendees. Attendees will receive stamps for their passports by attending events throughout the year. Attendees with at least six stamps can submit their passport for an awesome prize provided by the chapter.

New Member/Prospective Member Meet and Greet:

We'd like to invite you to join us just prior to the event (5:30 - 6 p.m.) for our New Member/Prospective Member Meet and Greet. This is a great way to connect with other new members and discuss the value that membership with our chapter can offer YOU. Additionally, we will have people from our Membership team there to answer any questions you may have about the chapter. When you check in, just let our greeter know you are interested in joining the Meet and Greet, and he or she will direct you.
