With continual advances in technology, instructional designers have an expanding range of delivery options to help support our learners. At the same time, traditional instructor led training has distinct benefits that can’t be replicated in e-learning modalities. Fortunately, we don’t have to take an “all or nothing” approach; we can mix delivery methods to increase learners’ engagement and knowledge retention. This session will focus on Four Seasons’ blended delivery approach to training.
Bob Pisani is the Training and Development Manager in the Business Process Improvement Management group for Four Seasons Produce, part of the Four Seasons Family of Companies. We'd like to invite you to join us just prior to the event (5:30 to 6:00 p.m.) for our New Member/Prospective Member Meet and Greet. This is a great way to connect with other new members and discuss the value that membership with our chapter can offer YOU. Additionally, we will have people from our Membership team there to answer any questions you may have about the chapter. When you check in, just let our greeter know you are interested in joining the Meet and Greet, and he or she will direct you.
