We are living in a time brimming with choices never before available. This is a time of great opportunity where multiple decision points face us daily. The pace of our lives is accelerated. The news is on 24/7. We have historical wisdom and modern sciences at our fingertips to guide us. It can be a time of overwhelm. It can be a time of exhilaration.

As leaders, we must choose mindfully where and how to invest our energy. How we will choose to live and lead during these times? How will we use our energy? The answer, to consciously cultivate resilience.
