Adam first joined the chapter's leadership in 2017, serving as the Vice President of Finance, a role he held for over two years.  In 2020, he started the three-year President track, which included serving as our chapter’s President in 2021.

Outside of his membership with ATD Central Pennsylvania, he is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).  Adam still is a volunteer leader with ATD, serving as a National Advisor for Chapters (NAC).  In this role, he provides support to several ATD chapters and ATD Chapter Services.   

Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in history education from Shippensburg University and a Master’s  Degree in Training & Development from Penn State University.  He has been working in the talent and organizational development field for over 20 years across multiple industries and organizations in Central Pennsylvania.
