Gina Sweeney is the Organizational Development Manager at CAVA. With over 20 years of training, facilitation, coaching, leadership, and employee development, Gina 's primary focus is to champion CAVA's culture and future growth.
Prior to this role, she held the role of Manager of Training and Development at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, where she lead a team responsible for employee onboarding and leadership and professional development initiatives. She also served as a leader at Listrak, where she managed organizational-wide initiatives ranging from onboarding to executive-level development. Gina also worked at Auntie Anne’s Inc. for nine years, where she led Learning and Development programs that supported 100 corporate employees and 1500 domestic store locations. Her responsibilities included launching a corporate university for all employees, delivering leadership and culture training to all new franchisees, and delivering regional training to store managers across the country.
Gina is an active member of National ATD. She holds a Bachelor of Science, Organizational Behavior/Applied Psychology from Albright College and, in 2019, achieved her Master of Science, Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University.
