2023 Board of Directors
President: Phyllis Metzler
Phyllis Metzler celebrates 17 years with the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union (PSECU) where she started as a telephone representative in State College and quickly transitioned into a role where she was responsible for training new employees in the department. This included conducting one-on-one coaching, authoring eLearning courses, and facilitating classroom programs.
Three years ago, Phyllis moved to the Harrisburg area and joined the PSECU Learning & Development team where her responsibilities cover nearly all aspects of L&D functions. This includes research, planning, organizing, developing, and facilitating learning programs for the Credit Union including the design and facilitation of New Employee Orientation.
Phyllis has been part of the Central Pennsylvania ATD Chapter’s Programs task force since 2018 and is eager to expand her role to continue to provide quality programs for the Central Pennsylvania ATD Chapter members.
