Successfully manage change within an organization continues to be challenging for many.  There are several theories and approaches that relate to organization change.  Understanding the theories of change is essential.  At our September 13th meeting, we will review key information from the ASTD Learning System (Module 5): Facilitating Organizational Change.  Specifically we will define Change Theory, review Change Models and discuss the role of Organizational Culture and its impact on managing change.
