In 2002, Patrick Lencioni’s blockbuster book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team was published and also developed a team assessment based on the model presented in his book, which has been used successfully by thousands of organizations. In 2014, John Wiley & Sons, Inc., the publisher of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and Everything DiSC, released a process combining the two models titled The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.

Wiley is working on a new assessment and needs your feedback on their newest program: The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team: Personal Development

  • This new tool was created to help individuals become better teammates using the team-development process presented in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.
  • It helps individuals to better understand and internalize the principles of The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and provides a common language that can be used in organizations.
  • The program is designed specifically to work for individuals; participants do not all need to be part of the same team.
  • It’s designed to be delivered in a classroom setting to a wide range of participants, regardless of how well they know one another.

You don’t want to miss this rare opportunity to beta-test the program and provide feedback to the publisher on your experience. In return, you’ll walk away with new ideas and strategies to help elevate your team dynamics to the next level!
